Little Elm is a city located in Denton County in Texas. Little Elm has had a massive growth in population going from 3,646 at the 2000 census, jumping to 25,898 ten years later, and its estimated population in recent years is around 50,314. The town’s total area is around 18 square miles as the U.S Bureau states, the town’s area consists of almost 22% of water. Little Elm is growing very fast and tourist attractions have something to do with that. Some of the best tourist attractions in Little Elm are Little Elm Park, Lewisville Lake, Hydrous Wake Park, and McCord Park. The town was established in 1844.
