Millican is set on the Southern Pacific line, at the junction of Farm to Market Roads 159 and 2154. The town is located in Brazos County in Texas. And the town’s population is an estimate of 244 in the year 2016. The town was named for the Millican family that first settled in the area in the 1820s. The community was granted its post office in 1849. The city of Millican has a total area of exactly four square miles and has almost one hundred percent of the territory’s land. Millican’s public education system is being distributed by the Navasota Independent School District.
