Since its inception in 2010, the market boasts around 20 vendors weekly, surging to 38 during peak harvest times. All vendors, within 150 miles of Beaumont, are exclusively producers. Operating from February to December every Saturday, 8:00 am to 11:00 am, rain or shine, the market offers a range of local treasures including fresh produce, goat milk cheese, body essentials, and grass-fed beef. The first Saturday showcases the Local Artists Series, while the 2nd and 4th Saturdays spotlight locally crafted goods. Arrive early to make the most of the farmers' offerings, as they tend to sell out quickly.

In August 2009, a small committee of four people initiated the Jasper Country Farmers Market. By March 2010, they successfully launched the market with a simple mission: to offer fresh, locally grown produce and exceptional Jasper farm products and crafts to the community. Today, the Jasper Farmers Market Association, led by a dedicated committee of local vendors, organizes this beloved event.
