Spring Branch is a city located in Comal County, Texas, United States. It has about 250 residents and it incorporated in 2015. The city borders the Guadeloupe river and was settled in the late 19th century by settlers of German origin. The movement to incorporate this old community came when the growing city of Bulverde, which lays just down south wanted to annex the territory. The Comal Independent School District serves students living in Spring Branch. The oldest business still operational is the local store that’s been running smoothly for the last 105 years.
