With about ten ciders on the menu, there are more things to celebrate about Trinity Cider. Their beverages are gluten-free, and most won’t have sugar added to the recipes. If you’re feeling brave, there’s a ghost pepper-infused cider that requires patrons to sign a waiver before trying.
