Their tasting room looks like "a warehouse that is turned into a wine tasting place". "It is so comfy and cozy with great service and happy people".     C.L. Butaud (pronounced C.L. ′byü tō) is a winery that features 100% Texas grapes. Their C.L. Butaud Tempranillo is an "excellent" example of their wines. You will notice that it does not have a "fruit bomb" taste but "your mouth is filled with delicious fruit". Once you taste it, you will notice that it "has a perfumed nose of black cherry, herb, green pepper". They also have other wines which you can enjoy especially if you are a wine club member. Their C.L. Butaud Rosé has soft aromas of blossom, red berry, and butterscotch. They make a few hundred cases of wine yearly and their wines are sold primarily to members of their mailing list.

They have a really "neat old building and rustic tasting room" in the Tuscan style where you can relax, taste, sip, swirl and purchase wines. They have "good tasting wines using a combination of local and outsourced grapes" such as the "Seasonal Bliss red table wine", the "smokey and rich" Cabernet or even the "Tempranillo red from a Texas grape". The owner is "very nice and also knowledgeable about the various brands offered". The winery keeps things fresh and fun by introducing different types of both red and white wines made in small batches.

    The Driftwood Estate Winery is "a very beautiful place inside and out" that sits on a bluff overlooking the Estate Vineyard and the Hill Country from which visitors can enjoy award-winning wines. Visit them and try their Solo Lahey Vineyards Nebbiolo, "light and refreshing, tastes young, but is still full of flavor". It is "mildly spicy/peppery, with a nice tannic finish" which is "easy drinking and delicious". When you want to visit them, you can find them co-located at Hawk's Shadow Winery in Dripping Springs, Texas. You can also contact them directly to buy their 2017 Vintage Wines. These vintage wines include Coral Rosé, Solo Nebbiolo, Hot Shot White, and Travis Red.
