The Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company thrives on creativity and imagination. After a long circuitous life journey, husband and wife John and Kathryn found their true calling by establishing Holler Brewing Company. Thank the beer gods that the Hollers decided to move to Houston in 2009. To prepare, both ditched their unrelated old jobs, and separately undertook a different route towards the brewery business. John earned his diploma from Siebel Institute of Chicago. Kathryn, meanwhile, racked up hands-on experience at a brewery in Florida.
