Welcome to Windy Hill Vegetable and Chicken Ranch, a spacious home for free-range Barred Plymouth Rock and Leghorn mix chickens on 50 scenic acres. With over ten acres devoted to gardening, our plants thrive with room to grow, and our chickens enjoy ample space to roam. We proudly cultivate cherry tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, broccoli, and more. Beyond our fresh produce, meat, and eggs, our farm's true gem is our farmer, Mark. He's a favorite at the Keller Farmers Market, known for his fresh, flavorful chicken and eggs, as well as his sense of humor. Come meet Mark and savor the goodness of Windy Hill!

Colleen Gonzales runs the Delanco Farm. In the summer, the farm offer tomatoes, beans, peppers, okra, melons, squash, cucumbers, and greens. In winter, they sell spinach, lettuce, kale, radish, collards, cilantro, and carrots. All of their plants are chemical-free. The seeds they use are always USDA certified organic.  Some of the farming methods they use are crop interplanting, crop rotation, and trap crop use. They also mulch to avoid losing too much moisture in the soil. Strategically, they grow plants that attract beneficial insects to the farm.

The Farmery, which is located in Temple, Texas, provides fresh, farm-to-table locally-grown fruits and vegetables. They have many different kinds of beans that are available in bulk (Butter Pea, Christmas Lima, Fava Broad Windsor, Green Snap, Lima Beans, Purple Pod Snap, Italian Flat, string beans, and yellow snap). They also have beets, a variety of bell peppers (yellow, gold, white, orange, purple, red, green, and chocolate bell peppers), black-eyed peas (in hull and shelled), broccoli, Brussel sprouts, green cabbage, red cabbage, Cabbage Violaceo, carrots, collard greens, cucumber and gherkins, dill, okra, onion, potato, squash, tomato, cantaloupe, cauliflower, eggplant, garlic, corn, cilantro, honeydew, horseradish, hot peppers, kale, kohlrabi, leek, lettuce, parsnips, radish, shallots, spinach, tomatillo, turnips, watermelon, and rutabaga.
