The Mathematician’s Kitchen and Market, which is located in Santa Anna, Texas, makes homemade jam, salsa, pickles, relishes, and bread. They are open from Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They also sell at the Dublin Farmer's Market, the Comanche Farmer's Market, and the Santa Anna Farmer's Market. This artisan food producer also showcases the products of other local vendors. Sorrells Farms Retail has been in business since 1977, being one of the wholesale markets’ major suppliers of pecans, watermelons, cantaloupes, tomatoes, jalapenos, and peaches. All these farm-fresh products are grown and harvested in their over 1200 acres in the heart of Comanche County in Texas. They work all-year-round to be able to provide high-quality pecans and produce for all seasons. For them, pecans are their passion, with some of the family members serving the Texas Pecan Growers Association and Texas Pecan Board.  Aside from the produce, Sorrells Farms Retail also offers gift selections, registries and has a large garden center as well!

Caraway Farms  has Dorper Sheep show lambs, wethers, club lambs, replacement ewes, replacement rams, and quality commercial market lambs. The farm also has pigs - Spot, Poland, Berkshire, Chester, American Yorkshire, and cross breeds - for sale. They also have Anatolian and Great Pyrenees Cross, which are excellent guard dogs. The farm is located in Eastland, Texas. Bo and Pat Caraway have been busy raising Dorper Sheep since 2011. Sires in the farm include Kelly-646 (Son of Whiteout). This was purchased from Mike Kelly of Kelly Hair Sheep. Rams came from Alan McAnelly of Hamilton Sheep Station.
