Blockhouse Coffee & Kitchen in Katy, Texas is one of two branches (the other one is located in Richmond, Texas).  This café is a great place for family and friends to hang out and spend quality time together. Blockhouse built this particular café with experience in mind. The shared plaza, the enhanced kitchen, the beautiful cedar booths, and the flower subscriptions are all meant to make your experience here a great one. Doors open as early as 6:00 AM from Monday to Friday for early birds in need of their coffee fix, and food is available from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

For coffee, they source from Amaya Roasting Company. They also offer their own, private-label Blockhouse brand, roasted by Tenfold Coffee. Aside from their freshly roasted coffees, they also serve loose-leaf teas. The food here is great too! They have toasts, sandwiches, salads, and pastries. For dessert, they also offer ice cream sourced from Honeychild's Sweet Creams, a small business based in Richmond.
