Their number of employees ranges from 3-20 people depending on crop and season. Also, Constanzo Farm works with contracted harvesters to meet the growing market. The Farmery, which is located in Temple, Texas, provides fresh, farm-to-table locally-grown fruits and vegetables. There is also a nice amount of cactus plus tons of okra red and green. They also have cucumbers, swiss chard, lettuce, and green tomatoes. Today, Garett, a fourth-generation farmer, and his wife Stacie manage the 500-acre farm in Wharton County, Texas. At the local farmer's markets, they offer a diverse array of seasonal produce, including arugula, green beans, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, sweet corn, cucumbers, cauliflower, and kale.
