It is not every day that you come across a business that has an interesting portfolio such as the Bucking Goat Farm. Do you want fresh vegetables and microgreens? They got it. Pickled foods? They are always in stock. How about goat milk soap? That's quite the pivot but hey, they have this too! And just in case you need cut flowers, Bucking Goat Farm sells these too. No wonder their stall in the farmer's market is very attractive and colorful with this wide array of products for sale.

We Over Me Farm started out as the initiative of Paul Quinn College when they converted its football field into a farm.  This farm is used to provide "learning tool" for their students, of which 15% of their produce is donated.  This project has two goals.  First is "to transform the health and well-being of under-resourced communities in Southern Dalls by providing fresh, health, affordable food options."  Their other goal is to educate and empower future generations "to take better care of themselves, their environments, and their communities."  Some of their produce include shoots, microgreens, herbs, garlic, onions, leeks, radishes, turnips, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and okra.

Sky View Farm is a family-owned, sustainable farm producing seasonal vegetables for a Community Supported Agriculture group in Anna, Texas. It is a great idea to support this farm because they have excellent produce every season. They have broccoli, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, sweet potatoes, swiss chard, and winter-squash for fall harvest. In the summer, they harvest sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, green beans, green onions, hot peppers, okra, onions, potatoes, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. These vegetables are available during spring: artichokes, arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, and swiss chard.
