In 2013, Sonya and David introduced a restaurant on the farm, taking the farm-to-table concept to new heights. In early 2018, the Foores decided to sell the farm to a developer, leaving Sonya and David as the sole proprietors. Despite these changes, Eden East has maintained its farm stand and restaurant operations. They have also continued the popular farm tours initiated by the Foores. Located a mere 3 miles from downtown Austin, the farm remains a highly sought-after destination.
