It is not every day that you come across a business that has an interesting portfolio such as the Bucking Goat Farm. Do you want fresh vegetables and microgreens? They got it. Pickled foods? They are always in stock. How about goat milk soap? That's quite the pivot but hey, they have this too! And just in case you need cut flowers, Bucking Goat Farm sells these too. No wonder their stall in the farmer's market is very attractive and colorful with this wide array of products for sale.

N & P Farm and Dairy LLC has upped the ante as if the relaxing, beautiful surrounding is not incentive enough to visit a dairy farm. If you visit, you can actually sample the products being sold there. So, drink a glass of raw milk - they have goat's milk and cow's milk. You can also taste the kiefer or the homemade chocolate milk - both are free from any high fructose corn syrup. They also have coffee milk here, as well as buttermilk. Go ahead, relax and enjoy your product tasting experience.

Sky View Farm is a family-owned, sustainable farm producing seasonal vegetables for a Community Supported Agriculture group in Anna, Texas. It is a great idea to support this farm because they have excellent produce every season. They have broccoli, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, sweet potatoes, swiss chard, and winter-squash for fall harvest. In the summer, they harvest sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, green beans, green onions, hot peppers, okra, onions, potatoes, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. These vegetables are available during spring: artichokes, arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, and swiss chard. The couple Steve and Cat Elliot are the people behind the freshly- and hydroponically-produced greens at Elliott Grows. Through hydroponics, they can grow nutritious vegetables fast. Currently, the farm sells greens like arugula, mizuna, sorrel, purslane, watercress, and spinach. They also offer four varieties of lettuces (butterhead, crispy greens, red oak, and green oak) and three kinds of basil (Genovese, lemon, and Thai).
