Timeya's Microgreens are grown with "no fertilizers, no pesticides, no soil, and no animal by-products". They also use "organic coco fiber substrate, fully traceable non-GMO seeds, and 3x filtered water". They are selling at the Dallas Farmers Market every weekend. The most important contribution of Wildseed Farms, which won the Garden Center 2001 Innovator award, is producing seeds, which it has been doing for 35 years and counting.
