They have vertical towers that are an intense growing system that can produce in 100 square feet what traditional farming produces in 400 square feet. They have microgreens that can last longer. "With the microgreens, nobody sells them live here. They're all cut. And they don't last very long. Where with mine, they last seven to ten days. Its fresher, it tastes better.
