Somewhere near Waco, Texas lies the small town of Oglesby, the home of Pippa Hill Farms. Owned and operated by Shane and Liz, this farm specializes in home garden-grown vegetables and plants. These include a lineup of "absolutely fantastic produce" like squashes, beets, sweet peppers, radishes, tomatoes, onions, and more. And of course, let's not forget the official state pepper of Texas– jalapeños! But, that's not the best part yet as these folks sell their vegetables in packages too. You're gonna be "blown away by" the "box of veggies" that they offer at a "very high quality" and "terrific price!" And, if you're into ornaments, you can also get their beautifully-arranged succulents and pumpkins. You can find all these in the area's farmers' markets and festivals so when you get a chance to drop by, don't think twice. But, if you have no time to head on to the market, you can have its "Farm to Table Veggie Box delivered to your door, weekly!" Indeed! They offer deliveries every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in and around the area of Waco, Temple, and Belton. The contents of the box also changes every week so you can mix and match or add on extra produce or other items. Plus, you're not required to order every week. You can skip or alternate the weeks when you want to have it delivered. It's definitely up to you! Thus, if you want to eat fresh vegetables that come straight from the farmer, Pippa Hill Farms is the best! Highly recommended!

Hamilton Pool Farms is known for winemaking. Hamilton Pool Farms is located in Round Mountain, Texas. The farm and farmstand are only 20 miles from Austin City Limits. Hamilton Pool Vineyards is one of the first vineyards in the Texas Hill Country. Do you want to learn how to farm? Hamilton Pool Farms is also an outdoor farm school. They conduct gardening and herbal medicine workshops. Hamilton Pool Farms also practices regenerative farming. They make sure the way they do things is sustainable. The community, through CSA, is enjoying the vegetables and herbs from this farm.    

The Farmery, which is located in Temple, Texas, provides fresh, farm-to-table locally-grown fruits and vegetables. They have many different kinds of beans that are available in bulk (Butter Pea, Christmas Lima, Fava Broad Windsor, Green Snap, Lima Beans, Purple Pod Snap, Italian Flat, string beans, and yellow snap). Steelbow Farm started in 2017. This is just their fourth year farming in Texas, and yet, the vegetables they produce are always sold out. This is definitely a testament to the quality of the products as a genuine, farm-fresh food. Their veggie box contains restaurant-quality produce, and if you didn't sign up to reserve for one, do not expect that there is anything left once these boxes are sent out and collected by locals who will definitely cook these as soon as they are home.

Frontera Produce, which is located in Edinburg, Texas, is a farm that produces different kinds of herbs, fruits, and vegetables. They have cilantro, ginger, tomatillos, and onions. They have cabbage as well as red cabbage. They have a lot of different kinds of fresh fruits, like cantaloupes, melons, limes, mangoes, watermelons, and pineapples. The farm produces peppers too. They have bell peppers, Poblanos, Seranos, Anaheim chilies, and jalapenos. Will Steele, the man who is now in charge of this farm, was raised in the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
