Deep Roots CSA is showing us what it looks like when community-supported agriculture is successful and sustainable. Deep Roots CSA is a collaboration that aims to meet a simple goal: make sure everyone has healthy food. Two farming families collaborated and they collaborated with the community who promised to support their endeavor. In return, they are promised fruits and vegetables produced without pesticides or GMOs. You'll never get tired of hearing feel-good stories like this, especially when you are on the table eating food that nourishes and makes you feel good.

Sky View Farm is a family-owned, sustainable farm producing seasonal vegetables for a Community Supported Agriculture group in Anna, Texas. It is a great idea to support this farm because they have excellent produce every season. They have broccoli, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, sweet potatoes, swiss chard, and winter-squash for fall harvest. In the summer, they harvest sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, green beans, green onions, hot peppers, okra, onions, potatoes, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. These vegetables are available during spring: artichokes, arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, and swiss chard. Rae-Lili Farm is owned by a couple providing the freshest vegetables by following the natural principles in growing. Offering all heirloom varieties and that also includes an assortment of Italian and Asian greens. You will be "hooked" on their "heirloom varieties". You will even "look forward" to what they "have in store". "The array of winter squashes" is a "tasty surprise, but the heirloom tomatoes" are "mouth-watering". They even give "advice on how to cook the gnarly winter squash". Their chickens are fed naturally and even complemented with bugs, earthworms, greens, and flowers. This diet gives their eggs their beautiful rich yolks and nutritional value. They "produce the most outstanding vegetables" and "outstanding greens, delectable beets, carrots, squash, onions, and gorgeous mouthwatering tomatoes" and also "delicious eggs !!!"
