We Over Me Farm started out as the initiative of Paul Quinn College when they converted its football field into a farm. This farm is used to provide "
learning tool" for their students, of which 15% of their produce is donated. This project has two goals. First is "
to transform the health and well-being of under-resourced communities in Southern Dalls by providing fresh, health, affordable food options." Their other goal is to educate and empower future generations "
to take better care of themselves, their environments, and their communities." Some of their produce include shoots, microgreens, herbs, garlic, onions, leeks, radishes, turnips, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and okra.
