I dare you to stop eating. Riley’s Hideaway also makes kolaches. These are Czech pastries with fruit or cheese at the center (some flavors they've made recently include Cream cheese, Peach, Poppyseed, and Blueberry Cheesecake).    

Klawiter House, which is located in Lubbock, Texas, is a bakery that specializes in Southern-style baked goods. They sell at Lubbock Downtown Farmers Market from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. They have different flavors of baked hand pies (apple, peach, cherry, strawberry, and apricot), macarons (vanilla, lemon, pistachio, raspberry, coconut, strawberry, orange, and peanut butter), and bread. They have wheat bread, brioche, rye sourdough, rye, and sandwich white bread. If you can't make it to the farmers' market, don't worry.
