In the summer, they harvest sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, garlic, green beans, green onions, hot peppers, okra, onions, potatoes, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. These vegetables are available during spring: artichokes, arugula, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, Chinese greens, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mustard greens, radishes, salad greens, spinach, and swiss chard.
