When people say, “Everything is Bigger in Texas,” they probably didn’t have microgreens in mind. But for those in the know, microgreens are bigger. They’re bigger in nutrients and bigger in taste. Studies have shown that microgreens are up to 40x more nutritious than their full-grown counterparts.
