"During the warmer months 3 P's in a Vine has a BYOM (bring your own meat)" where you can pair your own grilled food with "one of their great wines" and "you just pay for the wine you drink". They won 1st Place Texas Dry Red Wine at the Sulphur Springs 'Reds, Whites, and Brews Festival. Try their Cabernet Franc which was voted the best red wine by 4 Sommeliers that were flown in from around the country. "Worth a visit if you are in the area" of Athens, Texas and experience "wonderful atmosphere, good company, delicious wine". The vineyard at 3 P’s in a Vine consists of Blanc Du Bois grapevines and they also offer wine tastings, wine by the glass, or wine by the bottle. Appetizer plates and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.

It is also "great to hear how they took a chance on their dreams and started a winery". "Enjoy the amazing atmosphere of their wine tasting room".  Their "dry reds are incredible and one of a kind" and they also have "great wines and some fruity but not too sweet". Try their "award-winning Syrahndipity" which has an "amazing" taste.

It has a "refreshing and cozy atmosphere". This is a "great little place" "to unwind and relax for the day". They have a "nice selection of dry, semi-sweet, and sweet reds and whites". The owners are"very informative of the wine specifics" and passionate about their craft. They harvest grapes at their peak, then ferment slow and cool to bring out their bold flavors and predominate aromas.

    You can visit the Dixie Wine Company as you travel "across the area in Bullard". "Small hole in the wall place", it has a "great little rustic atmosphere". "Very friendly and welcoming" husband-and-wife team runs the winery. Before visiting, "you need to contact owner Jerry Collins to verify the open hours". They have "good Texas sweet and not-as-sweet wines that they make themselves". They make wines from fruits and grapes they grow with some fruits that are from out of state. "Some of their fruit wines include peach, strawberry, kiwi, raspberry, and watermelon". Some of the "favorite wines" they have are the "Love Potion #9 and Cliffs Special".

    Founded in 2004, Enoch's Stomp Vineyards and Winery is "a beautiful, relaxing stop just outside of Marshall", "about 30 minutes outside Jefferson". It has a "great atmosphere and good food to pair with your wine selection. Friendly staff as well". Some of their award-winning wines include the "All Y'all blend" and the "off-dry, white Blanc Du Bois Reserve". You will also enjoy "a port called Dark Portejas" that is "quite delicious". "There's also a restaurant on-site" and "great" live music is performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday evening. They have a policy that only service animals are allowed on the property during business hours.

Currently, the TASTING ROOM CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, is posted on their website although you can order online. They have "a great blend of dry to sweet wines with very distinctive tastes". "Texas Holiday Gluhwein", "Callisto Rose", and "Blanc DuBlanc" are just some of the "great wines" they offer. They are also currently "working on the tasting room and wood-fired pizza oven for 2020, plus some other Grecian inspired offerings so stay tuned".

They have "very nice decor but the hospitality" is "the best" and "the owner Rip and his wife and staff are great people to chat with while you sample your wine". They also "have indoor and outdoor seating and all the great choices of wine to go with it". You may even be back to "enjoy relaxing in the country setting while looking at all the beautiful rows of grapevines". Their "wine selection includes something for everyone (sweet to dry)". They also have live music "on Friday and Saturday evenings".

Their winemaking business "flourished" which started as a "hobby". The atmosphere is "eclectic, friendly", and they have "very good" wines that you will find it "tough to choose just a few to take home". They even "have the best Merlot" that you ever "taste". This is a "great experience" especially "if you are into sweet fruit wines".

The name Pelle Legna is Italian for “leather wood” which is their last name. Pelle Legna is pronounced (pèl-le lé-nah). Visiting them is "a great way to spend an afternoon in East Texas". Their "wine selection has something for all tastes". With the "most excellent host" providing "beautiful wine pours and cheeses to accompany our wines ranging from whites to a rose to reds". You will have a "wonderful time" here, "all in the backdrop of their gorgeous house and property".

Miranda Lambert is a popular country singer and was born in Tyler, Texas. Her winery offers flights if you have no idea what wine to try or you can just try them all. They have "delicious" wines with "amazing taste" such as the "sweet red, Belle" that "honestly tastes like it is a dessert wine with a hint of chocolate to it". The Red 55 Winery is also part of the Piney Woods Wine Trail.

    Tara Vineyards and Winery is the oldest winery in Henderson County and they offer unique vineyard and winery resort-style experience. Their "setting and outdoor seating are wonderful". You will "love sitting outside and enjoying the view". If you love dogs especially "like dogs walking around the grounds, laying at your feet and sniffing your elbows, you'll love this place". You can sample "several wines, both sweet and dry" which are all "excellent". Aside from being "great for parties and celebrations", they also have overnight accommodations. You will find "the Victorian-era home to be beautiful and very nostalgic" with a "mattress and comforter" that are "so comfortable".

It also has a "very fun and laid back atmosphere with live music and several different wines to taste". Their "staff is very friendly and knowledgable as they guide you through a tasting".
