Frontyard Brewing

Hitmaker Brewing Company

Brian Hyde, Marcos Canchola, Joe Holifield, and Chris Fish released Hitmaker Brewing Company’s first beer, an IPA, only in mid-May 2018. Draught House Pub and Brewery

The Draught House Pub and Brewery has had a long history. Celebrating its 50^th year in 2019, the first owners were Wayne and Gay Overton in 1969. They ran the pub for 25 years until Wayne passed on. The building and the pub changed hands a couple of times until current owner Josh Wilson took over in 1999. In the intervening years, with a brewery system installed in 1995, the pub started brewing its own beers, and the number of taps increased to 74. Celis Brewery

The Celis Brewery name is synonymous with witbier or “white beer”. The name Celis had gone through two iterations previously. Pierre Celis, the legendary brewer, built two breweries - one in Belgium and another in Austin - which ended in "Faustian deals” and forced Pierre to give up the breweries he built.
