Bakfish Brewing Company

Bakfish Brewing Company has a distinction that no one can ever take away -- Pearland’s first craft brewery and brewpub. Established by friends Brian Allen and Kris Szecsy, they quit their jobs to establish the brewery in 2016. Houston metro area’s third largest city was somewhat of a “beer desert” because it had no local brewery of its own prior to its opening. With a 2,000 square foot air-conditioned taproom and a large covered patio, the brewery accommodates seating for about 300. There are five flagship brews including I Tell You Wit (a Belgian wit bier), Golden Ale (a blond ale), and Defying Gravity double IPA, with rotating seasonal and small batch releases at the taproom. Saloon Door Brewing Co

Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School
