During a camping in the summer of 2015, they stopped by at various breweries in Colorado, and started discussing the possibilities of opening one. In 2017, a few days before Harvey struck, they opened their doors to their new taproom. Prior to opening the brewery, both Sean and Christian held desk jobs with long hours.
