Uncultured Ales

Austin’s Uncultured Ales is a “very low production brewery” specializing in aged sour beers. Founder Cass Everitt is a self-taught homebrewer who happens to like sour beers. Bull Creek Brewing Company

Circle Brewing Company

Nashville natives Ben Sabel and Judson Mulherin founded Circle Brewing Company in 2010 making it the oldest microbrewery in North Austin. 4th Tap Brewing Cooperative

The 4^th Tap Brewing Cooperative is Texas’ first worker-owned brewery, and one of the first in the U.S. It took the founders 6 years of planning, and they finally opened in November 2015.
