Four Bullets Brewery opened in May 2014 and takes its name from a Texas Hold ‘Em poker term meaning four aces. Owners and friends Andrew Smeeton and Jeff Douglas are both poker fans and former homebrewers. Drew, a native Englishman, and Jeff prefer to create handcrafted “English Ales with a Texas twist”.
