Eventually quitting their jobs and taking a leap of faith, they set up shop in a 1,100 square foot facility near the San Antonio International Airport before their first year of business ended. In 2017, they moved into a 7,000 square foot building. Before 2019 ends, they are mobilizing to move into a 38,000 square foot facility. After having suffered through a brand identity crisis, the formerly-named Texas Craft Whiskey distillery now creates Alamo’s Black Label Bourbon, Catimore Coffee Liqueur, and Alamo Vodka as their flagship products, plus a variety of small-batch experimental spirits. They also shifted their energies away from the moonshine and rum markets.
