Four Bullets Brewery opened in May 2014 and takes its name from a Texas Hold ‘Em poker term meaning four aces. Owners and friends Andrew Smeeton and Jeff Douglas are both poker fans and former homebrewers. Drew, a native Englishman, and Jeff prefer to create handcrafted “English Ales with a Texas twist”. The brewery is Richardson’s first and fondly called “the smallest brewery in Dallas”. The brewery started with just four craft beer varieties when they opened, and now has over a dozen varieties.
